I absolutely agree that now is an incredible time to get into the market. I doubt we'll see another time during our lives where there is such a great opportunity to pick up discounted properties. I recently found a tool that lists all properties and allows me to research and view Florida homes for sale as well as discounted properties. It has been a great help to me.

Hi Vanessa,
I am not really sure. Alot of the bank owned properties and properties that are priced well are starting to sell quickly. We have seen a large increase in Canadian and European buyers lately. Most of the sellers who are serious, now have their homes and condos priced before the market took off in 2005-2006. I think it's just a matter of time before the prices stabilize and the properties which have been upgraded and well taken care of can start to ask a little more, than what they would currently receive.

My brother and mother live in Boca so I am somewhat familiar with the area. I am thinking of a second home in close by for my husband and daughter. Someone suggested Coral Springs, more specifically Heron Bay.
What are your thoughts on that area? Any feedback is appreciated.
