Palm Beach County Real Estate Update - BocaHome.com

Palm Beach real estate updateWho said that the real estate market in Palm Beach County is slow? Most of these people I would guess are sellers who decided to choose a discount real estate company or are not willing to have their home in a marketable condition for what MOST future homebuyers are searching for. There is always the exception where an owner overpaid in the height of the market and just can't financially take a large loss on the sale of their property. With that said, please don't listen to everything that you hear on the streets or from friends, who may not really know what is happening with the current inventory and prices. Below are the June 2012 real estate statistics for Palm Beach County, provided by our friends at RAPB.COM. The Champagne & Parisi Team primarily specializes in Boca Raton & Delray Beach real estate. If you are in the market to buy or sell, please use our contact form below.
