Great Values - Julia Gardens, Coconut Creek and Monterey, Boynton Beach - Real Estate

The sales staff at both subdivisions are friendly and knowledgeable.
We recently brought our buyers to these developments, and believe it or not, no one had any negative comments. In fact, one of our buyers decided to take advantage of the builder closeout prices and purchased a unit at Julia Gardens.
JULIA GARDENS
Julia Gardens is located off of Hillsboro Blvd. just east of Lyons Road. Prices range from approximately $230,000 to $240,000 depending on which floor plan you choose and optional upgrades. The Hibiscus Model is 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, family room and garage. The Orchard Model is 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, family room and garage. Most of the units come with granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile and carpet and appliances. There are many upgrades to choose from and the prices are somewhat negotiable. There are a few units still under construction so you have the choice of meeting with the design center staff and selecting your appliances, cabinets, carpet, tile, and other upgrades. There is a community pool area as well a play area for children.
MONTEREY
Monterey is located on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach close to Atlantic Avenue and a few miles away from the beach. There are five floor plans to choose from and prices range from the low $170’s to approximately $225,000 with some room for negotiations. Furnished models are available for purchase as well.
The Steinbeck Model has 3 bedroom, 3 full baths and a loft, great room and breakfast nook. The Parkfield Model has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, family broom and breakfast nook. The Brookdale Model has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. The Davenport Model has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a family room. The Felton Model has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2baths and a family room. All the townhouses have a front courtyard area and a patio. Some units face the lake as well. There are no garages, but each townhouse is assigned one parking space outside the unit and there is plenty of guest parking. The complex also has a lovely community pool area, and there is a play area for children. There are a few builder closeout units left.
