They received the most outstanding service during their stay. Everyone at the hotel was extraordinary and went above and beyond to assist them with their every need. The hotel itself was beautifully landscaped and the pool area was magnificent. The rooms were clean and spacious and the rates were more than reasonable for the value they received. The animation and narration by the scuba sales girl is entertaining and informative and the price points are way below retail for superior quality gear.
