Sheri Hack

Sheri started her real estate career in 1995 when she joined Fred Sands Real Estate, the #1 producing office and signature office of the Fred Sands organization. Fred Sands, a boutique real estate company with over 26 offices and known for its excellent reputation and service representing high end real estate buyers and sellers, celebrities and well known business and professionals throughout the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas, was later bought by Coldwell Banker.

Sheri’s previous paralegal experience and entertainment industry contacts she developed working for a boutique Beverly Hills entertainment law firm as a corporate paralegal, were an asset throughout her 10 year real estate career with Fred Sands/Coldwell Banker. Her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to putting her clients’ needs first won her recognition from not only her clients, but also her peers. She was also appointed the contracts review specialist in her office working alongside management to review all agents’ contracts to make sure they complied with the company’s standards.

In 2006, Sheri relocated to the Boca Raton/Delray Beach, South Florida area where she briefly worked as a real estate paralegal for a local law firm and started an Internet home based writing service writing real estate articles, web content and other marketing materials for real estate industry, finance and legal professionals. Her ability to reinvent herself and think outside the box in a depressed Florida real estate market has enabled her to further her real estate goals and career.

She obtained her Florida real estate license after making an alliance with The Boca Home Team, a top producing real estate team at Lang Realty, an upscale high end Boca Raton real estate company with 4 offices, a management company, and over 350 employees in February 2009. Lang was the perfect fit for Sheri because of their excellent reputation and service in the Boca Raton and surrounding areas. Sheri specializes in the selling and marketing of distressed and luxury properties, working with buyers, sellers and real estate investors, using her skills and experience to meet the ever challenging and changing South Florida real estate market.

Sheri holds an AA degree as well as paralegal certificates from the University West Los Angeles School of Law, Paralegal Studies. Believing that it is never too late to further your education, she has returned to college part-time to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Pre-Law at Florida Atlantic University Boca Raton Campus.
