Gilles Dalco

Gilles Dalco grew up in France and moved to Boca Raton a couple of years ago with his wife and three children. Boca Raton offers a fantastic life style, safe area and the best schools for them. He graduated with a master degree in finance and business management from ESC Marseille in France. After 8 years of a financial business experience in Paris, he built up a real estate management company in South of France which allowed him to establish strong relationships with several groups of European Investors.

Gilles likes to take on new challenges and a few words would be enough to express his commitment, honesty and sense of accomplished work. He strives to handle his clients, like he would with a member of his own family. He is always available 24/7. He will walk his client though the many different steps of buying or selling a property, by putting himself in his client's shoes.

In addition, Gilles is obviously a french speaker and is specialized in assisting European and Canadian people though the buying and selling process. Through the years he acquired a good knowledge of the auctioning process, foreclosures and short sales. He mainly specializes in waterfront, intracoastal and oceanfront properties.
